Paid professional advisory opportunity for California physicians

Your Experience Should Help Shape Better Home Health

Guiding Hands Care is selecting a small group of physicians within 250 miles of Los Angeles to advise on patient transitions, clinical communication, escalation standards, and the physician experience with home health.

Selected advisors receive fixed compensation for defined professional services under a written agreement. Patient referrals are not required or rewarded.

Home Health Is Often Built Around the Agency. We Want to Build Around Better Clinical Coordination.

Physicians see where transitions fail: unclear acceptance, missing updates, slow escalation, and no consistent feedback after care begins. The council gives practicing clinicians a formal way to improve those systems.
